Samsung Trade-Up is a Samsung’s exclusive program that allows customers to send in their eligible existing device for a credit value which is applied to the price of their new Samsung device.
With Samsung Trade-Up App, you can thoroughly assess your device functions, understand the condition of your device, and get trade-in credit estimate towards your new purchase, and use the Trade ID to complete your device trade-up immediately with a discount on your new Samsung.
Key features
To verify the condition of your device, you’ll be guided to complete a series of interactive tests which will take less than 5 mins:

During the tests, automated tests will run in the background to assess Bluetooth, WIFI, mobile data, jail-broken/rooted, battery
To verify the physical condition of the device, you’ll simply need to answer a few questions from the app.
A full device functionality assessment summary will be provided with a trade-in estimate and your Samsung Trade ID.
A step-by-step guide to prepare your device for trade in will be offered.
