What happens if my ASDA order doesn’t arrive?
If you miss your delivery, your order will be returned to the store and canceled. ASDA won’t take your payment.
Where is my ASDA grocery order?
On the day of your collection, you can track when your order is ready in Your Orders. When you are ready to collect your shopping, click the 'I am on my way' button in the Asda app. You will not see this button if your collection point is a locker.
