I'll give two stars because the app can be useful, but their internet is awful. It rains it stops working, it's the afternoon and it stops working, it's the weekend and it stops working. I'm tired of calling them and messaging them to fix the issue. Their internet is just NOT RELIABLE if you work from home. You never know when it'll stop working.

I love this app, it allows me to pay my bill, upgrade my current Services, get answers and quick fixes for the internet, which is rare, it's reliable and easy to understand. If I get stuck I'm able to chat with the Bot or a live person in moments. I'll keep using this app until Spectrum is no longer awesome. I don't think they're going away anytime soon, I'm a loyal and happy customer with Spectrum.

User experience? Very, very bad. Unexpected errors, software paths that loop back on themselves, instructions which don't match functionality. Spectrum is a baroque nightmare of lousy software. I can't imagine anyone at a management level has even tried to use this site or they'd know why customers hate Spectrum. The only constants are all the ads targeted at increasing profits.
